Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a capable leader to head estate operations, driving production, quality, and efficiency targets across the agricultural estate. The role requires hands-on oversight of daily activities and a strong focus on sustainable practices.

Responsibilities include managing agronomy programs (plant maintenance, fertilisation, pest control), harvest operations, infrastructure, workforce development, safety compliance, and timely reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall estate operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee and ensure implementation of all agronomy activities (maintenance of immature/mature plants, fertilisation, pest and disease management) and daily harvest operations, ensuring quality and quantity of fresh fruit bunch production
• Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures, occupational health and safety, sustainability standards (ISPO/RSPO), and labour regulations
• Manage estate infrastructure including roads, bridges, housing, and workshop facilities
• Manage workforce including planning, development of supervisors and assistants, and enforcement of discipline, and ensure employee productivity
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to General Manager and handle social issues and external relations in the operational area
