Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Green Tire Designer within the Product Design & Industrialization Department in Cikarang, West Java. You will design and develop green tire models that meet product, cost, quality, and timing requirements and support industrialization for production readiness.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and experienced engineers with a Mechanical Engineering degree, proficiency in CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks, strong analytical and teamwork skills, and business English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• English proficiency at B2 level

Responsibilities

• Design and develop green tire models meeting product, industrial, cost, quality, and timing requirements
• Support tire industrialization to ensure successful production implementation
