Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive productivity and Lean improvement across operations. Fresh graduates or candidates with internships are encouraged to apply, with a focus on data-driven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be based in Cikarang, West Java, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and empowering teams to sustain changes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internships or relevant experience encouraged.
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with solid math and logical reasoning.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence constructively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2).
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics.

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Experience through internships, academic projects, or organizational activities involving process improvement or data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI, statistical analysis, or other digital improvement tools.
