Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Green Tire Designer to design and industrialize green tire models meeting product, cost, quality, and timing requirements. You will support industrialization to ensure successful production implementation and resolve design/manufacturing issues through structured problem solving.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, are proficient in CATIA/AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and demonstrate strong analytical, teamwork, and English (B2) skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to use mechanical design software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
• Good planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Business proficiency in English (B2).
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
