Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive productivity and operational efficiency within the Industrial Performance Department. You will apply Michelin Way and Lean methods to identify and implement improvements across the plant, empowering teams to sustain changes and optimize resources for People, Profit, and Planet.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, a solid math foundation, and the ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or fresh graduates welcome.
Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with solid math/logical reasoning.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to influence constructively.
Learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support productivity and operational efficiency improvements using Lean methodologies.
Identify, challenge, and implement improvement opportunities across People, Profit, and Planet domains.
Empower teams to sustain continuous improvement initiatives and manage change.
Collaborate with Industrial Performance Department to optimize resources and processes.
Play a key role in Time Motion Study, capacity analysis, and OEE-related tasks.
