Job summary

Maotea is an artisanal milk tea brand, seeking a Creative Designer who can transform marketing ideas into strong visuals and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

The role involves creating visuals for campaigns, social media, and in-store materials, collaborating with marketing and partnerships teams, and delivering assets on deadline while staying on-trend in F&B branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Graphic Designer or Creative Designer; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Canva Pro, Procreate, or motion design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to develop designs from initial concepts rather than templates.
• Familiar with digital and print design requirements.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and aware of current visual and social media trends.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Open to feedback and collaborative.
• Passionate about the F&B, lifestyle, branding, and social media industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts for campaigns, launches, promotions, and events.
• Create digital assets for social media, ads, marketplaces, and other online platforms.
• Design offline materials such as posters, menus, banners, signage, packaging, merchandise, booth displays, and other in-store materials.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into effective visual communication.
• Develop campaign key visuals and adapt them into various formats and sizes.
• Maintain Maotea's visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, KOL and Partnership Team.
• Manage multiple design requests and ensure all deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline.
• Stay updated on relevant trends in design, social media, lifestyle, and the F&B industry.
• Organize design files and brand assets to ensure they are easily accessible to the team.

Create digital assets for social media, digital advertisements, marketplaces, and other online platforms.

Design offline materials such as posters, menus, banners, signage, packaging, merchandise, booth displays, and other in-store materials.

Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into effective visual communication.

Develop campaign key visuals and adapt them into various formats and sizes.

Maintain Maotea's visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
