Job summary

Rasa Group is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & 3D Motion Artist to craft compelling visuals for beverages and brand campaigns. You will handle 3D modeling, animation, rendering, photography, and video production, delivering high-quality content for marketing across channels.

The role requires a diploma or degree in a related field, 2–3 years of experience, and a strong portfolio. Onsite placement at PIK 2 in Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2–3 years in 3D animation, motion design, or multimedia production.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D package (Blender/Cinema 4D/Maya/3ds Max).
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to edit video and combine 3D with marketing content.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating 3D modeling, animation, rendering.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphic design materials for marketing campaigns and digital ads.
• Create 3D product models, animations, and photorealistic visuals for beverages and packaging.
• Produce 3D motion videos and product presentations.
• Handle product photography and videography including lighting and post-production.
• Integrate 3D with live-action footage and visual effects.

Rasa Group is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & 3D Motion Artist with strong capabilities in graphic design, 3D modeling, animation, rendering, photography, and video production to create compelling visual content for our F&B products and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop graphic design materials for marketing campaigns, product promotions, social media, catalogs, and digital advertising.
• Create 3D product models, animations, and photorealistic visualizations for beverages, bottles, packaging, ingredients, and other product-related assets.
• Produce 3D motion videos, product animations, liquid splash effects, and cinematic product presentations.
• Handle product photography and videography, including lighting, composition, retouching, and post-production.
• Integrate 3D animation with live-action footage, graphic elements, sound, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing & Innovation team to develop creative concepts for product launches and brand campaigns.
• Ensure visual consistency, high-quality output, and timely delivery of creative projects.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Animation, Multimedia, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in 3D animation, motion design, product visualization, or multimedia production.
• Proficient in at least one 3D software, such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Experienced in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and product visualization.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or equivalent compositing software.
• Able to edit video footage and integrate 3D animation into marketing content.
• Good understanding of composition, materials, lighting, color theory, and commercial visual aesthetics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating 3D modeling, animation, rendering, and product visualization is required.
• Placement : PIK 2 (Onsite)

Preferred:

• Experience in F&B, FMCG, beverage, or consumer product advertising.
• Knowledge of liquid simulation, fluid effects, particle animation, and photorealistic beverage rendering.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and rendering optimization.
