Qoala Indonesia is seeking a passionate Software Engineer Intern to join our engineering team. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in software development, working on real-world projects that impact Qoala's products and services.

You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers in the insurtech space. You will gain experience coding with Golang, testing and debugging web/mobile apps, reviewing code, and contributing to technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Fresh graduates are welcome; degree in CS/IT/DS or related field.
• Commitment: Full-time internship with hybrid setup.
• Programming languages: Golang familiarity.
• Tools/Frameworks: Git and React.js familiarity.
• Database knowledge: SQL with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and detail-oriented.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in a team.
• Eagerness to learn: Proactive attitude to learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Code and develop for web and mobile apps using Golang.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and implementing features.
• Participate in training sessions, code reviews, and workshops.
• Contribute to technical documentation including code comments and user manuals.
• Develop and execute test scripts to ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with senior developers.
• Engage in team meetings and collaborative coding efforts.
