Job summary

Qoala is hiring a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in Indonesia. You will work on the server-side of our web applications, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs to meet our business needs.

You will collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions, write clean code following best practices, and participate in SDLC activities from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in Golang; experience with Node.js is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile development practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs.
