Job summary

PT UangMe Fintek Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin-fluent Fullstack Developer to join our R&D team in Jakarta. You will develop web applications using Golang and PHP, work on both frontend and backend, and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong Mandarin communication with international stakeholders; onsite work is expected in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory; HS K certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Strong backend development experience using Golang and PHP.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Proficient in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
• Familiarity with Redis, message queues, caching strategies, and performance optimization is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Jakarta.

About you

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory (HSK certification or an equivalent Mandarin language qualification is preferred).

Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin with overseas teams, clients, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.

Strong backend development experience using Golang and PHP.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Proficient in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.

Good understanding of microservices architecture is preferred.

Familiarity with Redis, message queues, caching strategies, and application performance optimization is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Jakarta.
