Job summary

SIGMATECH in Jakarta is seeking a Go developer to design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Gin and related tools. You will optimize data access with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, implement durable Temporal workflows, and collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams.

You should have 1–3 years of professional Go experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, and a solid understanding of goroutines, channels, and error handling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in CS/IT/Software Eng or related field.
1–3 years of professional Go development experience.
Experience with RESTful APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in Go using Gin.
Optimize data access with GORM, SQLX, and raw SQL.
Schema design, migrations, and query optimization for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Implement Temporal workflows with retries, timeouts, idempotency.
Build event-driven services with RabbitMQ/Kafka/NATS/Redis Streams.
Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
Add structured logging, metrics, tracing; assist incidents.
Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps on API contracts.
