Job summary

PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia seeks an experienced backend software developer to build scalable services using Golang in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional backend experience, strong Golang skills, and solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and caching (Redis).

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, well-documented backend solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Software Eng, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Golang is required; C++, C, or Python is an advantage.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge with design and optimization.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) and backend performance.
• Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and timely delivery.
• Good communication and collaboration in a team.
• Knowledge of Linux/server administration is a plus.
• Able to leverage AI tools as productivity aids while maintaining judgment.
