Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, Subang, West Java, seeks a Full-time Estate Manager to oversee utilities, facilities, and related operations across the industrial estate. You will ensure availability and regulatory compliance of water, electricity, gas, telecoms, and waste management, while optimizing reliability and costs for tenants.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in property—or 5+ years at a managerial level—preferably in estate management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of property experience or 5 years at managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of estate management, HSE, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee availability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of utilities including water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, and waste management.
• Monitor and evaluate to ensure the improvement of infrastructure, facilities, and area’s safety.
• Oversee and maintain activities related to occupational safety, health and environment (HSE) in the whole estate area.
• Identify opportunities and analyze executive long-term strategic plans for estate improvements and development to enhance property value and cost saving energy.
• Prepare and manage the operational budget and cost control to ensure efficient implementation.
• Oversee and ensure the availability of essential facilities for tenants.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relations with all external and internal stakeholders related to the Industrial Estate.

Requirements
