Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk, Subang, Indonesia, is seeking a Full-time Estate Manager to oversee utility operations, safety, and property development across its industrial estate. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to sustain asset value and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate management within industrial estates, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major.
• At least 8 years of experience in Property, or minimum 5 years at managerial level.
• Preferably estate management experience in Industrial Estate.
• Strong knowledge of estate management, HSE, and government regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the availability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of utilities including water, electricity, gas, telecoms and waste management.
• Monitor and evaluate to ensure improvement of infrastructure, facilities and area safety.
• Oversee and maintain all activities related to occupational safety, health and environment (HSE) in the estate area.
• Identify opportunities and analyze long-term strategic plans for estate improvements and value/cost savings.
• Prepare and manage the operational budget and cost control for efficient implementation.
• Oversee and ensure availability of essential facilities for tenants.
• Coordinate and maintain strong relations with all external and internal stakeholders related to the Industrial Estate.
