PT Mega Perintis Tbk in Jakarta seeks an Import Compliance Specialist to manage end-to-end shipments from suppliers to warehouse arrivals. You will coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, and bonded operators to ensure timely and compliant clearance.

The role requires reviewing documents, verifying classifications, applying duties, and supporting licensing and audits for smooth imports.

Responsabilités

• Handle import shipments from supplier to arrival at the warehouse/factory (FOB/CIF, sea and air)
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers (PPJK), bonded warehouse operators (MKL) and surveyors on schedules, documents and costs
• Review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, B/L, Certificate of Origin/SKA) and import declaration (PIB) data before the customs broker submits them
• Ensure the HS classification, customs value, trade remedy duties (BMTP) and FTA preferential tariffs are correct
• Manage PIB BC 2.0 and bonded logistics center (PLB) processes (BC 1.6/BC 2.8), red/yellow channel handling, and resolve issues at the port
• Support import licensing (VKI/VIU, Technical Considerations, Import Approvals, Surveyor Reports) and Import Approval realization reports
• Prepare data for customs audits and keep up with changes in import regulations
