Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Java and/or .NET.
• Experience with Windows and Linux ecosystems.
• Familiarity with web servers like Tomcat and IIS.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Solid SQL skills and log analysis.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Exposure to contact center platforms (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Aspect, AWS Connect) is a plus.
• Experience with CTI/IVR/PBX or agent desktops in contact centers is a plus.
• Experience handling production issues in contact center environments is valued.
• Customer-focused communication and service mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for Company products and services.
• Resolve customer issues, guide users through product features, and document solutions.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve issues within defined turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Product developers to support deployments at customer sites.
• Perform remote or on-site troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to resolve complex issues and maintain relationships.
