Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.

About the Team:The TAC-Global (Talent Acquisition Center-Global) team focuses on building high-performance teams across ByteDance's global business units, shaping the future of talent acquisition and organizational growth.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.
