Job summary

SPX Express and Shopee invite graduates to join a 2-year Future Leaders Program with four rotations, each spanning six months, designed to immerse you in logistics and e-commerce operations across SPX Express and Shopee.

You will gain exposure to high-impact local projects, mentorship from senior leaders, and a holistic view of the business through rotations across key operation functions in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience (Experience in logistics, operations, e-commerce is a plus)
• Open to graduates from all academic backgrounds
• Demonstrated leadership through active involvement in organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve end-to-end sorting center operations, from daily execution to process improvement
• Oversee hub operations from first mile to last mile execution
• Support the business backbone in SPX Express' BizOps or Shopee Operation
