Job summary

LAAMP is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across on-shore/off-shore teams in a scaling SaaS environment. The role focuses on servant leadership, removing impediments, and coaching teams toward higher maturity while coordinating with Product Owners and executives.

The contractor will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain the backlog, and promote continuous improvement across cross-geography delivery. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in software development.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean delivery principles.
• Experience with distributed teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies with a focus on efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintain a healthy, prioritised Backlog in partnership with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Coach teams in Agile values and foster a culture of high performance and psychological safety.
• Establish effective cross-geography coordination and clear communication rhythms.
