Job summary

PT Lawencon Internasional seeks an experienced Agile consultant to lead assessments of current Agile implementation and maturity across projects in Jakarta. The role includes coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams, standardizing roles, and delivering an actionable Agile roadmap with timelines and continuous improvement initiatives.

On-site presence is required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Agile consulting, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile consulting, coaching, ScrumMaster, Agile transformation, or related roles.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
Possess at least one certification: ICAgile Certified – Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), CSP-PSM II/III, or SAFe SPC.
Strong understanding of Agile mindset, Scrum framework, Agile transformation, and maturity models.
Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile assessment activities to evaluate current state of Agile implementation.
Assess Agile processes, Scrum ceremonies, team collaboration, and overall maturity.
Develop an Agile maturity baseline and a comprehensive implementation roadmap.
Provide strategic Agile coaching and mentoring to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams.
Standardize role definitions and collaboration models within Scrum.
Coach teams in backlog management, prioritization, and sprint events.
Identify impediments and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
Monitor progress, report outcomes to management and stakeholders.
