Job summary

Yadea Indonesia is seeking a Product Planning/Management professional to drive market research, product planning, and cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, operations, and sales. You will shape product positioning, define target users, and steer promotional activities to boost brand awareness.

With 1+ year in product planning or market analysis, you will analyze data, develop proposals, and monitor product lifecycles while communicating fluently in Mandarin and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or higher; preferred majors in Marketing, Business Management, or Product Management.
• At least 1 year in product planning, market analysis, or brand strategy; internet/consumer/electronics experience is a plus.
• Strong market insight, data analysis skills, and creative thinking.
• Proficient in PPT, Excel, MindMap; able to independently develop product planning proposals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; cross‑department coordination.
• High sense of responsibility, strong execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesian; Indonesian nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify user needs and shape product planning.
• Participate in product planning and design, defining positioning, target users, and requirements.
• Develop product marketing strategies with marketing, operations, and sales for launches.
• Monitor product lifecycle and performance; collect feedback and drive improvements.
• Plan promotional activities, develop copy and materials to boost brand awareness.
• Follow industry trends and provide innovative recommendations for planning and development.
