Job summary

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to own end-to-end categories across direct and indirect spend in a multinational setting. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and guide a small team while partnering with internal stakeholders to drive cost savings and compliance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive procurement experience with end-to-end category ownership.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and management of complex supplier agreements.
• Experience in people leadership and mentoring teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional procurement projects in multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier performance and compliance.
• Understanding of cost structures, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with contract law, risk management and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, high integrity and business acumen.
• Professional procurement certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories.
• Align local procurement with global directives and business goals.
• Lead contract drafting, negotiation and execution with key suppliers.
• Ensure contracts are compliant, up-to-date and centrally managed.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance through evaluations.
• Supervise a team of 2 procurement staff.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement support.
• Identify cost savings and value-adding opportunities.
• Provide accurate reporting on procurement risks and opportunities.
