Job summary

HSBC Indonesia's Corporate and Institutional Banking unit is seeking a high-potential Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of multinational clients with focus on revenue growth, cross-border opportunities, and risk management.

You'll work closely with product partners and regional teams to deliver end-to-end banking solutions, drive market penetration, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while expanding HSBC's footprint in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Corporate banking experience with front line exposure including sales, credit structures, risk assessment, and trade finance.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of the local market, sector dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
• Track record of portfolio growth and acquiring new-to-bank business.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound relationships with emphasis on revenue growth, business development and risk management.
• Coordinate customers' banking requirements in the market.
• Develop new customer relationships, including cross-border opportunities with HSBC clients headquartered outside Indonesia.
• Maintain relationships with overseas HSBC GRBs, RMs, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver banking solutions meeting customers' strategic needs and maximize returns to HSBC.
• Drive growth with product partners such as Global Payments Solutions, Global Trade Solutions, and Markets and Securities Services.
• Ensure compliance with global standards during onboarding and relationship management.
