Placement International in Indonesia seeks a results-driven Sales Representative (Placement Specialist) to convert high-potential talent into international placements. You will manage a pipeline of Indonesian hospitality students, persuading, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

You'll leverage network ties with premier hospitality programs, master CRM tools, and drive end-to-end sales—from lead to payment—while representing a luxury, globally connected brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in high-volume sales, recruitment, or business development with a proven closer track record.
• Graduate of a top Indonesian hospitality program with immediate trust within the network.
• Proficient in HubSpot or Salesforce and CRM-driven selling.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English for pitching to students and hotel leaders.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and convert inbound leads from Indonesian universities into active program applicants.
• Overcome objections on visas, costs, and relocation to move candidates through the funnel.
• Own the sale-to-payment cycle and ensure timely collection of program fees.
• Expand the network by engaging career centers at elite hospitality schools in Indonesia.
• Host webinars and on-campus events to generate on-the-spot sign-ups and applications.
• Position Placement International as the premium choice for luxury placements in Indonesia.
• Maintain a pristine CRM with all interactions logged and candidates nurtured.
• Analyze data to identify funnel leaks and implement corrective sales actions.
• Deliver performance-based reports on market growth and ROI to leadership.
