HSBC is seeking a VP International Mid Market Relationship Manager in Jakarta. You will manage a portfolio of Local Corporate customers, drive revenue growth, and secure new IMM business while expanding cross‑sell across advisory, financing, trade finance and cash management products.

You will operate in a fast‑paced banking environment with strong emphasis on risk, compliance and client relationship excellence. A proven track record in corporate banking is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive corporate banking experience with frontline exposure to sales, lending, credit structures and risk assessment.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and winning new IMM/international clients.
• Deep knowledge of local market regulations and multi‑jurisdictional banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios of Local Corporate customers in Jakarta to meet business and risk targets.
• Identify and acquire new IMM customers while expanding share of wallets of existing clients.
• Deliver multi‑product solutions including advisory, financing, trade finance and cash management.
