Job summary

GTMLab in Jakarta seeks a senior growth strategist to own growth and GTM initiatives. You will turn hard growth problems into clear, data-driven strategy and lead a pod behind your recommendations.

You’ll manage high-impact relationships with founders and executives, architect full-funnel systems across paid media, funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, and data, and live in data to defend every recommendation with numbers. This is an in-person role at our Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning growth or GTM strategy; funnels built, paid acquisition run, spend connected to revenue across acquisition, conversion and measurement.
• Go deep into industries, funnels, and bottlenecks to identify the lever that moves the business.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic growth partner to founders and executive teams, turning priorities into go-to-market strategy that moves traction and revenue.
• Architect full-funnel growth systems across paid media, creative, funnel/CRO, lifecycle, and data.
• Read the business cold—model economics, landscape, constraints—and target bottlenecks the team can move.
• Live in the data: every recommendation must be defendable with numbers.
