Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Field Service Representative (Mechanical) to join our team in Indonesia. This role involves supervising rotating machinery maintenance, on-site service work, and coordination with customers to ensure installations meet specifications.

You will travel extensively, often 1–9 weeks abroad or within Indonesia, bringing strong mechanical and electrical repair skills, and experience with ring/gearless motors. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical vocational training plus prior control field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervision work on rotating machine assembly/disassembly and auxiliary maintenance work.
• Assist in handling spare parts, service tools, installation tools, consumables, and documentation in the project scope.
• Coordinate erection/assembly activities in accordance with valid instructions, check lists, specifications, and regulations.
• Prepare and issue detailed reports regarding scope executed, the condition, repairs performed, and recommendations for customer equipment.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Innomotics safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as OEM work standards and procedures.
