Job summary

TSMG is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project in Indonesia. You will coordinate daily operations, support field teams, monitor schedules and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a background in operations or project management, experience managing distributed field teams, and strong organizational and people-management skills. English communication fluency is required for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams.
• Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project.
• Manage communication and coordination with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules, assignments, and operational activities.
• Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.
• Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and project data.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to project management.
• Support field team members with operational questions and day-to-day challenges.
• Ensure that project processes and operational requirements are followed consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify potential operational risks and proactively suggest solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstances.
