Job summary

HashMicro seeks International ERP Consultants to support end-to-end ERP implementations for clients across borders. Responsibilities include configuring ERP, conducting UAT, delivering training, and maintaining project docs while communicating clearly with clients. Willingness to travel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in ERP, business processes and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with client focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English.
• Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Assist in configuring and implementing ERP systems per client needs.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate delivery.
• Conduct UAT and guide clients through testing and implementation.
• Provide system training and ongoing client support during Go-Live.
• Track project progress and flag potential delays early.
• Prepare project documentation including business requirements and specs.
• Communicate updates and solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Work with international teams across markets and cultures.
• Continuously learn ERP systems, processes, and new technologies.
