Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an Associate for Global Entity Management Services to deliver corporate secretarial services and ensure compliance for clients across local and international regulations. The role involves assisting the Manager, handling incorporation, liquidation, and statutory administration, and providing legal analysis for external clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local and global corporate regulation and law.
• Experience with corporate secretarial services such as incorporation and liquidation.
• Excellent drafting skills and ability to prepare legal documents.
• Fluent or proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Assistant Manager/Manager in corporate secretarial services.
• Assist external clients to comply with local and global regulations related to foreign investment company establishment and related processes.
• Perform foreign investment company and representative office incorporation services for external clients.
• Draft and review deeds/articles of association and circular resolutions.
• Prepare relevant legal documents for BKPM submissions and regulatory bodies.
