Job summary

PT Qinfa Mining Industri seeks a results-driven coal sales professional to manage relations with domestic and international buyers. You will identify opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end sales process.

The role requires 2+ years in coal sales, a strong buyer network, and fluent Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia. Frequent travel to sites and overseas destinations is expected, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in coal sales, preferably with a coal trading, mining, or energy-related company.
• A strong network of domestic and international coal buyers, with established connections and direct exposure to key decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Mandarin proficiency at a minimum of HS K4 or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international coal buyers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer network in target markets.
• Engage directly with key decision-makers to understand customer requirements and develop suitable commercial solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end sales process.
• Conduct regular market research to monitor coal demand, pricing, competitors, and trading opportunities.
• Travel frequently to mining sites, ports, customer locations, and overseas destinations as required.
• Prepare sales updates, customer reports, and commercial proposals.
