Qualifications

• 8+ years in Category Management, Beverage Product Development, or Brand Management.
• Strong FMCG/Retail/F&B sector background preferred.
• Ability to research, source and develop ingredients with global suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Global Beverage Strategy & Growth: Own performance metrics for the Beverage category worldwide; drive strategic growth opportunities, build promotional calendars, and lead SKU rationalizations.
• End-to-End Beverage NPD: Lead new beverage development from concept ideation and ingredient research to formulation, tasting trials, and commercialized launch across international markets.
• Ingredient Sourcing & Procurement Alignment: Partner closely with Procurement to identify, evaluate, and source high-quality global raw materials, flavorings, and primary packaging.
• P&L & Financial Modeling: Build comprehensive sales projections, margin scenarios, and pricing models to achieve GP and volume targets across various regions.
• Data-Driven Performance & Trend Validation: Monitor global consumer, beverage, and social media trends to spot launch opportunities. Analyze run rates and consumer data to continuously optimize product performance.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Oversee essential compliance documentation (Halal, BPOM, COA, SDS) and enforce quality standards across global beverage lines.
