Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Senior Business Unit Head of Finance to lead the end-to-end finance and accounting operations for a dedicated BU in Jakarta. You will oversee GL, AP, AR, tax, treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting, while maintaining strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the BU General Manager, provide financial visibility, and drive improvements across working capital, pricing, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Professional certifications such as Brevet A/B/C, CPA, CA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at Department Head, Finance Manager, or equivalent leadership level.
• Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience across core finance functions, including GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury, cash flow, and sales finance.
• Proven experience managing finance operations within a Business Unit, manufacturing site, distribution operation, or other operational environment.
• Experience leading and managing a team of approximately 5–8 or more finance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, month-end closing, P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete financial operations of the Business Unit, including GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements and BU P&L reports.
• Manage financial accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Oversee local tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other statutory tax obligations.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and local cash management.
• Monitor and optimize working capital, including cash flow, inventory, AR, and AP.
• Partner with Sales teams to oversee customer credit limits, billing accuracy, AR collection, and sales finance reconciliations.
