Job summary

PT Herdento Global Solusi is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead end-to-end geospatial projects in Bandung. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure quality deliverables.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate client requirements into actionable tasks, monitor risks, and maintain project documentation. Fresh graduates with relevant projects are welcome to apply; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geography or GIS-related field.
At least 1 year of professional work experience in project management, coordination or GIS/geospatial projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to translate client requirements into technical tasks for the team.
Familiarity with GIS software and geospatial data processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of geospatial projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and progress tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project delivery.
Translate client requirements into tasks and technical objectives with the technical team.
Monitor risks, delays, and issues and arrange follow-up actions.
Manage project documentation including plans, minutes, reports, and deliverables.
Support budget monitoring and cost tracking for projects.
Coordinate reviews, testing activities, and system demonstrations with stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables meet requirements, specs, and quality standards.
