The role requires at least 5 years in General Services with a recent position at manager level, and the ability to prepare detailed monthly reports on operational activities and facility usage for senior leadership.

• Strong knowledge of building operations including housekeeping, pest control and landscape management.
• Able to prepare monthly reports on operational activities within the facility, as well as reports on facility usage.
