Job summary

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) seeks a seasoned Audit Lead to manage and execute risk-based audits across the property and mall portfolio in Jakarta. The role requires directing audit teams, developing comprehensive audit plans, and delivering findings with actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in auditing within property/mall sectors, professional certifications (CIA/CPA/CISA), and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Min. 10 years of experience as Auditor role within Property & Mall Industry (highly preferred).
• Certified in CIA, CPA or CISA.
• Experience in developing audit plans and conducting risk assessments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standard and regulations.
• Conduct operational, financial, and investigative across the department.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead audit teams effectively.
• Willing to be in Jakarta Area.
