Job summary

Job description

Conduct triage and initial patient assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and treatment priorities based on the patient’s clinical condition.

Provide comprehensive medical assessment and initial treatment, including emergency and life‑saving interventions, and coordinate referrals or consultations with relevant specialists when required.

Manage both emergency and non‑emergency cases in accordance with clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and applicable medical standards.

Communicate patients’ medical conditions, treatment plans, and clinical updates clearly and professionally to patients, families, and relevant healthcare professionals.

Determine appropriate patient disposition, including hospitalization, referral, transfer, or discharge, based on clinical assessment and established protocols.

Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and medical records.

Coordinate patient transportation, inter‑facility transfers, and medical evacuation processes, including the appropriate handover of clinical information and preparation of required medical documentation.

Prepare medical and operational reports and contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, clinical governance, and overall service excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

Possess an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)

Possess a valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.

Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, accuracy, integrity, and commitment to patient‑centered care.

Willing to work in accordance with the hospital’s operational requirements, including shift‑based schedules when applicable.
