This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner (GP) role based at Aspen Medical Hospital in Depok. The GP at Aspen Medical Hospital Depok plays a central role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary and emergency care. Operating with a modern, international-standard healthcare facility, the GP is responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions for both ambulatory and emergency patients. The position works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary clinical teams, specialists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinical care pathways, adherence to patient safety protocols, and compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations and hospital accreditation standards.
Consistently deliver accurate diagnostic assessments, timely interventions, and evidence-based treatment plans while maintaining zero tolerance for preventable medical errors.
Rapidly triage, stabilize, and manage acute medical emergencies in line with advanced life support guidelines (ACLS/ATLS).
Facilitate clear, timely specialist referrals and coordinate inpatient admissions or outpatient follow-up plans efficiently.
Maintain strong patient rapport through compassionate care, clear medical explanations, and ethical clinical practice.
Ensure 100% compliance with hospital medical records standards (including Electronical Medical Records/EMR), active practice licensing (STR & SIP), and national hospital accreditation guidelines (STARKES)
