Responsibilities

• Memberikan perawatan langsung melalui konsultasi medis komprehensif, diagnosis akurat, dan rencana perawatan yang individual.
• Melakukan penilaian klinis menyeluruh dan membuat keputusan medis berdasarkan presentasi pasien dan temuan diagnostik.
• Menjaga catatan medis yang rinci dan akurat sesuai regulasi kesehatan Indonesia dan standar organisasi.
• Berkomunikasi dengan pasien secara profesional, empatik, dan jelas, menjawab keluhan serta membangun kepercayaan.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Junior General Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Ciujung, Indonesia. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services to our diverse patient population, making a meaningful difference in the health and well-being of our community. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based medical care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

• Provide direct patient care through comprehensive medical consultations, accurate diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and make sound medical decisions based on patient presentations and diagnostic findings
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations and organizational standards
• Communicate with patients in a professional, empathetic, and transparent manner, addressing their concerns and building trust
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure coordinated care delivery
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices through continuing medical education and professional development
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
• Manage patient appointments and clinical workflows efficiently to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing clinical practices within the organization
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when managing complex cases and diverse patient populations

Qualifications

• Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia
• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general medical practice or primary care settings
• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills with the ability to analyze patient presentations effectively
• Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
• Ability to make decisive clinical decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
