Job summary

Artha Serre Consultant in Jakarta is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily transactions and actively participate in monthly and year-end closing processes.

The role includes reconciliations of bank accounts, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, and other balance sheet items, along with AR aging follow-up and vendor invoice verification. Data input in the Accurate system and tax reconciliation support are also required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions
• Participate actively in monthly and year-end closing processes, including General Ledger and Balance Sheet accounts
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), inventory, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and other balance sheet accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable aging (AR aging) and follow up on outstanding customer balances in coordination with the Sales team
• Review accounts payable (AP) transactions and ensure vendor invoices and supporting documents are complete, properly approved, and accurately recorded
• Perform inventory reconciliations and assist with periodic physical stock counts, including investigating and reconciling stock discrepancies
• Manage fixed asset register and related depreciation schedules
• Support tax reconciliation processes, tax documentation, and compliance with monthly and annual tax obligations
• Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for internal and external purposes
• Input and update data in the Accurate system
