Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in GL accounting, hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and fluency in Indonesian with proficient English.

Job description

Responsible for general accounting activities for operated entities by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial transaction recording through effective General Ledger (GL) management, in compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and applicable regulations—supporting RFPC’s financial reporting and business analysis processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - Record and adjust daily financial transactions in the General Ledger
• - Prepare well-documented and accurate accounting journal entries
• - Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate balances
• - Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• - Provide financial data for internal reports, audits, and tax filings
• - Ensure compliance with both international and local financial reporting standards
• - Verify supporting documents for accounting entries
• - Reconcile intercompany accounts and general ledger balances
• - Review and maintain the chart of accounts
• - Support internal and external audits with required documentation
• - Archive accounting records according to Shared Service Center (SSC) standards

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Requirements
• Proficiency in ERP systems
