PT CIMC Wetrans Indonesia seeks a meticulous Accountant to review AP, oversee disbursements and cash advances, and ensure accurate GL entries and reconciliations. You will coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines, maintain governance compliance, and support month-end closing with precise financial postings.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to process hundreds of invoices daily, and excellent written and spoken English to interact with international partners.

Responsabilidades

• Transactional Review: Verify and approve sub-ledger journal entries, AP.
• Supervise, audit, and manage disbursement and liquidation of cash advances with governance compliance.
• Originate and record GL journal entries for operating costs, accruals, and month-end adjustments.
• Perform meticulous bank reconciliations and resolve variances for audit readiness.

Job Description :

• Transactional Review: Verify and approve sub-ledger journal entries, Accounts Payable (AP)
• Supervise, audit, and manage the disbursement and liquidation of operational and employee cash advances, enforcing strict compliance with internal corporate governance policies.
• Originate and record accurate General Ledger (GL) journal entries for standard operating costs, complex accruals, and month-end adjustments.
• Perform meticulous bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any variances between internal cash ledgers and corporate bank statements to ensure audit readiness.

Requirement :

• High attention to detail and accuracy when verifying hundreds of invoices per day under tight deadlines.
• Strong familiarity with forwarding industry billing components
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) for coordinating with overseas agents and international shipping lines.
• Ability to perform checking quickly and efficiently.
