Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech is seeking a GA Lead to oversee daily operational support, including facility management, procurement, compliance, and team supervision. The role focuses on maintaining efficiency, safety, and cost control while guiding GA and IT staff.

You will manage contracts with vendors, coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance across the workplace. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential for driving cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in General Affairs or Facility Management.
Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
Experience handling vendors and procurement processes.
Knowledge of workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Ability to mentor GA and IT staff and coordinate with HR on onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility and asset management, including maintenance, inventory, and lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with third-party vendors for services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain required permits and licenses.
Develop and monitor the annual GA budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Supervise GA & IT staff and coordinate onboarding/offboarding with HR.
