Job summary

Pt Kalbe Farma, Tbk is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its analytics and data platform team in Bekasi. You will design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision making.

The role requires expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and big data technologies, with collaboration across data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and managing complex data infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
• Expertise in Python or Scala for data processing.

• Design, construct, install, and maintain scalable data management systems and data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data into data warehouses and data lakes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across data systems.
• Build and maintain data models that support analytics, reporting, and ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide efficient data access.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join their analytics and data platform team based in Bekasi. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure that power our client's data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies to ensure data availability, quality, and performance. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions that meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
