Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) in Manado seeks a Gateway Administration Lead to supervise the Gateway admin activities, ensure SOP compliance, and manage the performance of the Administration team.

You will coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service and branches to ensure seamless gateway operations, maintain records, and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in management or logistics.
• Minimum 3 years in administration or logistics; leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Gateway administrative activities to ensure SOP compliance.

• Maintain accurate shipment, receiving, and transit records.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and shipment status for smooth operations.

• Address admin issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain documents per company standards.
• Communicate in Mandarin when required.

• Manage, guide, and evaluate the performance of the Gateway Administration team.
• Ensure all shipment, receiving, and transit records are accurately documented and updated in a timely manner.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and shipment status processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and branch offices to ensure seamless Gateway operations.
• Handle administrative issues and provide effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all operational documents are properly maintained and stored in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate with internal and external parties in Mandarin when required.
• Analyze and improve administrative processes to enhance team productivity.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or logistics; prior experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin is required (minimum working proficiency).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis).
• Strong analytical, administrative, and reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, target-oriented, and highly detail-oriented.
• Willing to work in an operational environment and be assigned to locations based on company requirements.
