Localization Academy Inc. in Bali is seeking a motivated logistics assistant to translate materials, manage assets, and support daily operations to meet efficiency targets.

You will monitor package delivery data, conduct SOP trainings for gateway teams, maintain training materials, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows.

The ideal candidate is Mandarin-capable, proficient with Microsoft Office, a strong communicator, and proactive.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proactive learner with interest in logistics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with MS Office is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Translate all necessary materials including reports, verbal communication, and meetings.

• Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of mandatory package delivery data.
