Job summary

Sulzer in Purwakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Sr. Production Technician to assemble, test, and inspect gas turbine components.

This role requires independent work on complex tasks, supporting troubleshooting, and guiding junior technicians. A minimum of 3 years in abrasive blasting/shot peening is expected, with chemical stripping as an advantage and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical stripping, grit blasting, and shot peening operations on gas turbine components.
• Support workshop activities including fixture inspection, assembly/disassembly, material handling, and loading/unloading tasks.
• Follow repair procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company safety policies.
