PT Sulzer Indonesia is looking for a Gas Turbine Component Repair Welder & Grinder to repair and assemble turbine components, perform inspection, and conduct brazing and coating work. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to engineering specs.

The position requires certified welding experience in high-temperature alloys, reading technical drawings, and performing NDE/PT inspections to ensure quality workmanship in a workshop or customer-site setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gas turbine component welding or welding of high-temperature alloys.
• Valid GTAW/TIG welding certification in the 2G plate position.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, repair manuals, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT/FPI) methods.
• Familiarity with brazing, heat treatment, and coating repair processes.
• Experience in dimensional inspection and the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
