Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance leader for garment manufacturing. You will direct the QA team, set and uphold quality standards, and oversee inspections from fabric to final product to ensure buyer specifications.

You will manage audits, drive CAPA, and report on quality performance while collaborating with Production, Technical, IE, and other departments to prevent defects and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in textile/garment/industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance within garment manufacturing, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing processes, inspection methods and AQL standards.
• Experience managing buyer audits and CAPA programs; strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the QA team to ensure product quality throughout the garment production process.
• Establish and implement quality standards, inspection procedures, and corrective action plans.
• Oversee fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing and final inspections to meet buyer requirements.
• Monitor defect rates and drive continuous improvement in quality performance.
• Ensure effective implementation of AQL standards and buyer quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical, IE and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Manage internal and buyer quality audits and ensure timely follow-up on audit findings.
• Prepare quality performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
