Job summary

PT.Kencana Garment Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead factory-wide quality management, ensuring products meet customer standards. You will develop inspection standards, supervise IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, and drive corrective actions with the quality team.

You will collaborate with Production, IE, and customers to boost product quality and production efficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in garment quality management, experience as Chief Quality or Quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in garment industry.
• Experience as Chief Quality or Quality Manager preferred.
• Familiar with garment production processes, quality inspection standards, and customer audit requirements
• Familiar with AQL inspection standards and quality improvement tools
• Strong team management, communication, and problem analysis capabilities
• Meticulous, responsible, with strong quality awareness and execution ability
• Experience with export garments and Japanese customers preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory quality management to ensure products meet customer quality standards and requirements
• Develop and implement quality inspection standards, procedures, and systems
• Supervise quality inspection across IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC stages
• Analyze quality issues and defect causes, establish corrective actions, and monitor implementation
• Manage, train, and monitor the performance of the quality team
• Coordinate with Production, IE, and customers to improve quality and efficiency
